huge room, cozy common place, accessible kitchen
Curtains do not effectively block light at night!!! The neighbors' motion-sensor lights trigger during the night due to animals, which can disturb sleep!!! A bit of soundproofing would enhance the experience!!!

Recommend for a brief pit stop
Comfortable room, friendly family, where the huge room had a balcony and offered a great place to relax, while the tasty breakfast varied each day, ensuring we felt at home throughout our week-long stay.
Nothing not to love.

The daily variety of breakfast options was delightful.
I was really disappointed with my stay. The curtains in our Double Room were a major letdown, failing to block out the light effectively. On several nights, I found myself waking up due to bright lights coming from the neighbors' motion sensors. This really disrupted my sleep and left me feeling frustrated throughout my 8 nights here.

Homey vibes with hospitable folks
We had a fab time hanging out with Abdullah and fam! The room was super comfy and had a cool balcony. Breakfasts were massive and different every day. Plus, we loved chilling in the common area with those comfy sofas. Only thing was the curtains didn’t keep out all the light, which made napping tough at times.

The huge room was a highlight, complete with a comfortable balcony for relaxation. Daily breakfasts were generous, featuring globally inspired dishes that were both delicious and varied. the curtains did little to block out light at night, sometimes disturbing sleep, and the common areas, though cozy, could use more soundproofing to enhance the tranquil experience.

Staying in the Double Room at Dar Ahlam for 8 nights was a real treat. The room felt massive and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that was perfect for relaxing. I loved the daily breakfasts. they were not only big but also varied, featuring different options each morning. One standout meal was the incredible couscous served for dinner. The common area had cozy sofas ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. the curtains were a letdown. they didn't block out enough light at night, making it hard to nap or sleep well. Plus, the neighbors' motion-sensor lights triggered by animals kept flashing during the night. A bit more soundproofing would have been a nice touch, but the welcoming vibe from Abdullah and his family made us feel right at home. Access to the kitchen was handy for late-night snacks too, which was a plus!
